Chongqing Pingyang Electronics Co., Ltd., established in 1988, is the first joint venture in rectifiers industry in China, as well as one of those engaged in scale production of rectifier devices. Boasting a stable production and R&D capacity with 15000 square meters workshop, over 600 employees, 40 of them in middle and top management, technology support and quality assurance, the Company now can produce 200KK rectifiers of varieties monthly, including general purpose rectifiers (1A-10A), fast recovery rectifiers, high efficiency rectifiers, ultra fast rectifiers, super fast rectifiers, schottky barrier diodes, TVS, zener diodes, bridge rectifiers, cell rectifiers, HVM, automotive rectifiers, etc., annual revenue exceeding 150 million yuan.

1n 2006, the Company acquired a land of 75, 000 square meters in Liangping County to build a 50, 000 square meters facility with an investment exceeding 200 million yuan, thus launching Chongqing Pingwei Enterprise Co., Ltd., another large-sized electronics company, permeating through the development, production and distribution of rectifier devices and auto electronic components with production lines advanced at home and abroad. With new facility put into operation by the end of 2007, the Company will achieve a capability of 300KK monthly. Furthermore, the Company will focus on the development of LED, energy saving and environmental as well, planning to breakthrough the market for IP lamps, interior decorative lights and other light sources, realizing sales revenue of 300 million yuan in 2010.
